About Zenshin Ryu

The club is named Zenshin Ryu which means school of progression. The clubs Chief Instructor is Sensei Natasha-Paris Matthews - 3rd Dan. 

We teach traditional Shukokai Shito-Ryu karate to children and adults, male and female, of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Most training sessions are “all grades” which means students and families can all train together – beginners and senior grades. However, within these sessions students receive small group tuition from instructors, sometimes even on a one-to-one basis.

Zenshin Ryu is a member of the Shukokai Shito-Ryu Karate Alliance (SSKA) and a member of the World Union of Karate-do Federations (WUKF).

Students at our club have the opportunity to  compete in National and International competitions and also to attend the SSKA England Squad training session's held in Warrington.
